• Two Healthcare Powers of Attorney so you and your spouse can make your own healthcare decisions.
• Two Living Wills so you and your spouse can instruct your doctors about your wishes regarding life-sustaining procedures.
• Two General Powers of Attorney so you and your spouse can appoint someone to make financial decisions on your behalf.
