A native of Atlanta, Ronald I. Kaplan is devoted to providing legal representation to individuals struggling with medical malpractice, nursing home neglect, catastrophic personal injury and other health or medical-related disputes.

In addition to being a practicing attorney, Dr. Kaplan is also a physician and general surgeon, licensed by the State of Georgia.

Dr. Kaplan received his undergraduate degree from Tulane University and his Medical Doctorate from the Medical College of Georgia. He received his Juris Doctorate from Georgia State University School of Law.

He began private practice in 1980 and continues in medicine to be aware of changing medical technology and innovations.
