Jay D. Lukowski, J.D.
Jay D. Lukowski has been practicing law for over 30 years, in New York, New Jersey, and Georgia. In New York, he represented individuals and companies in a wide range of business related matters, including breach of contract, copyright and trademark infringement, corporate breakups, and bankruptcy related litigation. Since the formation of the firm in 2002, Mr. Lukowski has been devoted to representing individuals injured as a result of medical negligence.
Mr. Lukowski is a 1973 cum laude graduate of the State University of New York in Albany. He graduated form the Fordham University School of Law in 1977, where he was a member of the Fordham Law Review.
